So we chose to treat the legal file as the main selling argument, not as a formality at the end of the process. A parcel without a complete file is never put on sale. No exceptions.

Never
- Ask for payment into a personal account or phone number.
- Put land on sale when its file is incomplete.
- Pressure you with an offer that is “valid today only”.
- Promise a return, a capital gain or a guaranteed resale.
- Announce a payment term before studying your file.
- Make a spoken commitment we would not put on paper.
